Aisha Siddiqua
Aisha joined Oligo Factory in April 2026, bringing over nine years of experience in pharmaceutical sciences and analytical chemistry.
Most recently, she served as a Research Scientist II at Nitto Avecia, where she focused on analytical method development, validation, and support of oligonucleotide research and development programs.
Prior to Nitto Avecia, Aisha held roles at Waters and Eurofins, contributing to system evaluation, product validation, and molecular testing, including PCR-based assays. Earlier in her career, she worked at ArQule, supporting drug discovery through high-throughput purification and analytical method optimization.
Aisha has experience in HPLC, UHPLC, UV, and mass spectrometry, with a strong background in regulatory compliance including cGMP, cGLP, and FDA guidelines. She holds a B.Sc. in Chemistry from California State University, Dominguez Hills.
