State of the Art Technology for High-Quality Oligo Manufacturing
Turbulent Flow
Our synthesizers use turbulent flow for reagent delivery rather than laminar flow. Turbulent flow is the preferred method to properly facilitate mixing during the synthesis reagent delivery. Our synthesizers use an in-house modified gear pump to achieve the optimal turbulent flow effect.
Proprietary Software
Every synthesizer is controlled by our proprietary Validate™ software which measures the delivery of critical reagents for a “closed loop” validation during manufacturing to improve quality management and synthesis efficiency.
Enhanced Purification
Industry approved purification processes via HPLC, reverse-phase and ion-exchange. In-house processes to fit your requirements can also be developed to maximize yield and purity needs.
