What We Build
Our team uses in-house-developed synthesizers to produce your oligos faster and with higher initial purity, even for complex sequences with poly-base strings or complex modifications. We also specialize in modified DNA and RNA, from probes to spacers to inverted bases.

Synthesis & Purification
Proprietary Synthesis Technology
Our third-generation, in-house-built solid-phase oligo synthesizers run 2x faster than commercially-available synthesizers, provides outstanding initial purity, and is designed to work most efficiently at scale.
Purification
Our team incorporates a wide range of industry-approved purification methods via HPLC – both reverse-phase and ion-exchange. In-house method development options (per customer requirements) are also available in order to maximize the yield and purity. While purity specifications are ultimately set by the customer, we routinely manufacture to a purity of 90%-95%.
