Baiju Parikh is a seasoned Precision Medicine leader with 25 years of commercial experience in molecular diagnostics and genomics. He joined Oligo Factory in March 2025, bringing expertise in strategic commercialization, business development, and go-to-market execution for cutting-edge healthcare technologies. With a career spanning both startups and multinational organizations, Baiju has been at the forefront of driving healthcare innovation.
Prior to Oligo Factory, Baiju founded InterpretBIO, a consulting firm dedicated to helping companies in the Precision Medicine space refine and optimize their go-to-market strategies. Earlier in his career, he held global leadership roles at IBM Watson for Genomics, GenomOncology, and Roche Applied Science/Molecular Diagnostics. Through these organizations, he played a pivotal role in advancing precision medicine by driving the adoption of genomics-based solutions in research, clinical, life sciences, and pharmaceutical settings.
Baiju holds an B.S. in Biology from the University of Cincinnati.
