Baiju Parikh is a seasoned Precision Medicine leader with >25 years of commercial experience in molecular diagnostics and genomics. He joined Oligo Factory in March 2025, bringing expertise in strategic commercialization, business development, and go-to-market execution for cutting-edge healthcare technologies. With a career spanning both startups and multinational organizations, Baiju has been at the forefront of driving healthcare innovation.
Prior to Oligo Factory, Baiju founded InterpretBIO, a consulting firm dedicated to helping companies in the Precision Medicine space refine and optimize their go-to-market strategies. Earlier in his career, he held global leadership roles at IBM Watson for Genomics, GenomOncology, and Roche Applied Science/Molecular Diagnostics. Through these organizations, he played a pivotal role in advancing precision medicine by driving the adoption of genomics-based solutions in research, clinical, life sciences, and pharmaceutical settings.
Baiju holds an B.S. in Biology from the University of Cincinnati.
